Tickets purchased on fullstag.com are non-refundable, except in the situations below. We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, late arrival or no-show.
If an event is cancelled
If FullStag cancels an event, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price. Refunds are processed within 14 working days to your original payment method or by bank transfer.
If an event is postponed
Your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the postponement announcement.
Ticket transfer
Tickets are non-transferable. The ticket may only be used by the person named on the order.
Booking fees
Booking fees are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by FullStag.
