These terms apply to all tickets purchased on fullstag.com, operated by FULL STAG EMPIRE (003528139-U).
Tickets
- Your order confirmation email is your proof of purchase. Please show it, or your order number, at the entrance.
- Each ticket admits one person, once. Duplicated tickets will not be accepted.
- Tickets are non-transferable and may only be used by the person named on the order.
- All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Presale tickets are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Entry
- Please arrive before the show starts. Late entry may not be permitted during a performance.
- Age requirements, if any, are stated on the event page.
- We may refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive, without a refund.
Photography and filming
Our events may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. By attending, you agree that you may appear in this content.
Changes to events
Line-ups, times and other details may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Such changes do not qualify for a refund unless the event is cancelled. See our Refund Policy.
Personal belongings
Fullstag and the venue are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
